He presents the members of the experts of Component 2 and  then he presents  the situation of the Greek Banking System with a particular reference in the “LEASING”, “FACTORING”, “VENTURE CAPITAL” and “FORFAITING”.

Certain questions followed, concerning these subjects, on the part of Mr Orologa Alessanro (Chamber of Imathia) and Mr Maggli Angelo (Responsible of Component 4). He refers also at the structures of investments and he closes with the objectives of Component 2.

He presents the members of the experts of Component 3 and  then he talks about the works and the general objects of Component 3 with report in “New Development Law”, “Community Frame of Support” and “Community Initiatives”.
