MODELE & PARTNERS
MODELE (Model de Developpement des systemes Locaux pour le soutien des Entreprises) is a project financed by the European Union within the European Community Initiatives INTERREG IIIC designed to strengthen cooperation between European regions without joint borders.In order to overcome obstacles like: low competitiveness, peripheral, reduced size, weak market orientation, dependence on big enterprises, undercapitalization and difficulties to access to credit, the aim is to test and compare development policies and find new programming instruments to be adopted in the next programming period of structural funds 2007-2013 in the field of:
- Financial engineering;
- Territorial marketing;
- Public Administration.
The partners are: the Basilicata Region (coordinator of the project), Government of Navarra, Inova Slovakia, Prefecture of Imathia, Regional Development Agency of Hungarian Central Transdanubian, Sociedad de desarollo de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
MODELE partners, in three years of studies, exchanges, innovative actions, pilot projects, networks and international cooperation, will develop new actions and guidelines to be implemented in the next programming documents of regional administrations.
Planned results
1. Effective management procedures and coordination of activities
Définition d'un système de mesurage de l'effectivité de la gestion administrative et financiére et des performances, rapports règuliers d'avancement du projet, système ponctuel de paiement aux partenaires, partenariat permanent.
2. Subprojects for integrated projects realised in partner regions. Elaboration de modèles de fonds de garantie de venture capital pour les PME, compatibles avec les lois Européennes. Promotion et diffusion des nouveaux instruments parmi les sujets impliqués (PME, Banque, Consortium de Garantie, etc.) dans chaque territoire.
3. Réalisation de modèles d’instruments d’attraction d’investissements tel que des paquets d’aides financiers pour des investissements soutenables pour les territoires, instruments d’information et de promotion tel que guichets informatifs et portales sur les thématiques de la composante 3.
4. Réalisation de projets pilote pour la recherche de régimes d’aide à activer en faveur des PME afin de faciliter les projets d’investissement matériaux et/ou immatériaux
5. Inform ing partners and public about project progress. Publicity and dissemination of results and outputs project.
